<< CHAPTER TWENTY THREE                    CHAPTER TWENTY FIVE >>

The girl's voice is so familiar, Chinen thought to himself.

"Shouldn't you all call Riko out now?" Hayato mentioned. Aiko just tilted her head to the side slightly, while Yamada have hurriedly banged onto Riko's room door. "Riko! Aiko-chan is at our doorstep!"

The door was slammed opened, and it had hit Yamada on the forehead. Riko seriously didn't care what happened to Yamada. Yuto have rushed over to help his boyfriend u, while Riko opened the gate. "Ai...Aiko?"

"Riko-chan?" Aiko sounded, as she tried to reach out towards the source of the voice. Riko sensed something was wrong when Aiko didn't look at her directly in the eyes, but rather on the ground. With Yuto rubbing Yamada's forehead, both of them have also walked over to the doorstep too. Hayato have now started to speak in Aiko's place.

"Riko, can Aiko-san come in?" Hayato asked. Riko just nodded her head, as she and the other three boys allowed a path for them to walk in. Kento had already settled down in the seat inside the house earlier.
"Aiko-san, there is a step," Hayato softly whispered into Aiko's ear. Aiko smiled and nodded her head. With her hand grabbing onto Hayato's arm, they got into the house.

Riko etched her eyebrow , and her suspicion got even stronger when Hayato helped Aiko to the sofa area. "You can sit now," Hayato whispered once again.

Aiko settled down, and Hayato also went ahead to sit beside her. Riko sat across Aiko, with YamaJima pair just right beside her. At the pair armchair, was Kento and Chinen.

"So, Hayato, why did you bring Aiko here?" Riko questioned, crossing her arms in front of her chest. He looked at Aiko, whose head was lowered down.

"Um, she asked me for help, and all I could think was contacting you," Hayato explained. Riko was nodding her head away, while Aiko started to slant her head to the side. "What about Saito?" Riko sniggered, "I thought Aiko is so precious to him that he won't allow her to leave his side?"

"Don't talk about him! I want to know about my past, but he keeps hindering me! I hate Hiro! I hate him!" Aiko voiced out, her voice was so hoarse, apparently she was nearly crying. Yuto and Yamada shake their head, while Riko just shrugged her shoulders.

Aiko started to bend down, and reached for something, when Hayato have grabbed onto her wrist softly. "I think I heard something dropped, Kusaka," This made Hayato to look down onto the floor, and realized that there was a shiny object on the wooden floor. He picked it up, and passed it over to Aiko. "Thanks," she whispered.

"That's...!" Riko was too shock to continue her sentence. "Kusaka, what is it that was dropped?" Aiko asked, as she felt the object on her hand. Hayato replied, "It's a necklace with the word 'forever',"

"Oh, that necklace," Aiko mumbled softly. Riko's eyes was fixated on the necklace as Hayato just smiled back. Aiko have then safely wore it over her neck.

"Ai...Aiko, do you remember about the necklace?" Riko asked, as she nearly have the urge to rush up to hug Aiko. Aiko shook her head, and grabbed the pendant into her fist. "It somehow made me feel that this necklace is really important," Aiko smiled, her face lighting up.

Silence took over them soon, and Riko decided to be the one to break the silence. "Why is Hayato so close to Aiko anyway?"

Hayato jerked up, before he looked over to Aiko. Her head was lowered this time too, with her hands playing with one another. Aiko sensed that Hayato was looking at her, and she just nodded her head. "I have something to say,"

All of them faced Hayato. "Aiko-san... is blind,"

Five of the listeners widened their mouth, and the first one to react was Riko. She stood up, and rushed towards her room door, and Kento and Hayato have immediately chased after her.

Yamada tried to control her tears, but they just flowed down from his eyes. Hiding, he ran towards the balcony, and Yuto have immediately followed his boyfriend. Yuto have reminded to closed the curtain, and locked the door of the balcony entrance.

Chinen slowly stood up, and walked over to where Aiko was sitting at. "What's your name again?" Chinen asked.

"Sugihara Aiko. You sound familiar...." Aiko paused, before she exalimed. "Chinen? You're Chinen Yuri right?"

Chinen was taken aback. "How did you know?"

"We know each other back in Japan! We attend the same university, don't you remember me?" Aiko can't believe her ears. "Sorry, I kind of... lose my memories," Chinen apologized.

Aiko sighed, "I lost my memories too, I only can remember two years ago, the time after I lost my memories. Other things than that, it's all blurry,"

"So, that groups us as the same kind of person?" Chinen giggled. "I guess so, but one more difference, I am blind, and you're not," Aiko pointed out, and she laughed softly after that.

Yuto and Yamada were observing from the balcony. "Yu-kun, they were so deep in love with each other last time, why is it like this?!" Yamada cried out, clutching onto Yuto's shirt tightly. Yuto encircled his boyfriend by the waist, as he placed his head onto his own chest. "Maybe this is a new beginning for them, let them start all over again,"

Hayato and Kento looked at each other as they gazed back at Riko, who was kneeling on the bed, and crying out loud. "Riko, are you alright?" Hayato was the first to voice out his concern. Riko turned around, and looked at Hayato. "Haya-kun..." her voice was trembling. Kento looked over to Hayato, as he flashed back his smile.

"It's been awhile since you called me by that name," Hayato walked over to where Riko was. Riko have opened up her arms, and Hayato went straight into them, embracing her. "Why is it Aiko?" Riko's muffled voice was heard.

Kento gritted his teeth, as he turned away. His heart was aching, why were both of them so close? Kento cursed and sweared. Will Riko still be his if he didn't talk to her back then in the park?

He wasn't so selfish.
