“Good morning,” Nakajima entered the shop, and greeted his co-workers. “Nakajima, that’s late!” his close friend in the shop teased him. “The boss is going to be angry!”

“Sorry Arioka, did he give you trouble?” Nakajima asked, before he went over to the counter to get the order form. “Nope, but be punctual next time!” the guy said before he tapped onto his shoulder. Nakajima smiled, before he lowered his hat, as he sees his friend walking out of the shop. “Sorry about everything, Arioka,”

Daiki walked out of the shop, whistling. Just then, he felt his phone vibrating, and took it out, but it wasn’t who that he expected. “Yama-chan, what in the world happened to you?”

Yamada sighed. He walked over to his fridge and realized that there wasn’t any food left inside and his stomach is already demanding for food. “This sucks,” he grumbled, before he took his coat, wallet and phone before he left his apartment. “Maybe I should also break up with Dai-chan and Sora, this is getting troublesome and I don’t have the mood to entertain them anymore,” Yamada pondered, before he think that it’s probably the right thing to do.

He walked over to the nearest convenience shop he could find and bought one box of bento. As he was leaving the shop, he decided to walk over to the nearest park to relax for a while. After all, it’s been three days since he’s stuck at home.

The breeze blew softly, and Yamada settled down on one of the bench before he took his bento out and eat it while looking at the children playing with the fountain in front of him not far away. “Hello young man, is this seat available?” Yamada turned and saw an old woman asking him.

He nodded before the old woman smiled, and settled down beside him. “You seemed troubled,” she said.

Yamada just smiled, and turned to look at a glance at her, before he turned to look back at the children, while eating his bento. “It’s good to be troubled sometimes, but most importantly is knowing what is the best for you,”

Yamada act like he didn’t care, but his ears were actually listening to the old woman. “Oh, I’m in no position to say this, but I do believe that if we listen to our heart’s voice, we’ll find a way out, that’s definitely,”

“Not every human is perfect, that’s what made us a human, if you think that what you are doing is not right or wrong, you should change it. Young man, you’ve already found your answer didn’t you?” the old woman said, as she smiled, and stood up, and left.

After finishing his bento, Yamada headed home, the words of the old woman still ringing inside his head.

Daiki left the room before he decided to look for Yamada. It’s been weeks since he last contacted him, and he’s very worried for that boy. Smiling bitterly, he started to head towards Yamada’s apartment.

Just then, his phone rang and he saw the ID. He hurriedly picked it up. “YAMA-CHAN!?”

“D..Dai-chan, can.. can I meet you somewhere? I have something to say,” Yamada said, before Daiki agreed and hurriedly sprinted off to the agreed location.

Yamada sat inside the café, his heart pounding slightly. Then, the bell rang, inidicating a new customer entrance, and the next moment was Daiki appearing in front of Yamada. “Anything to drink for you?” Yamada questioned, and Daiki just shake his head. “Anyway, what happened to you these few weeks?! I was worried!” Daiki practically screamed, but calmed down after he knows that this isn’t a dream.

“Sorry Dai-chan, just… somethings,”

Daiki looked at him, with his eyebrows knitting together. “Yama-chan, is it… time?” Daiki asked, without Yamada stopping what he was doing, and gazed up. “T..time?”

“Time for us to break up,” Daiki asked, as he forced a smile onto his face. “I know about it, Yama-chan, from the beginning that you didn’t really wanted to be with me,” Daiki continued. Yamada looked down, before he gripped tightly onto his shorts. “Dai-chan, I’m sorry,”

“It’s okay. I know that this day will come,” Daiki said, his hands shivering below the table. “I hope you’ll be well, ne?” he stood up, and left the café.

Yamada sat inside the café for a while longer, before he left too.

“Arioka, send this to Tokyo… Arioka? ARIOKA!” the voice has shook him out of his thoughts, and he turned and realized it was Nakajima. “Ah, Nakajima, sorry about that, what were you saying again?”

“Send this too…” Nakajima inched his face closer to Arioka’s face, and took the product over towards himself. “I’ll send this, are you sure you’re okay? You look haggard,”

“Just… I broke up with my girlfriend yesterday, so… kind of shocked still, I’m fine,” Daiki said, before he walked towards the staff locker’s room.

“Ryousuke…” Nakajima murmured, before he headed off to do his delivery.

Nakajima tugged his hands into his pocket, as he stared at that particular window of the building. Leaning against the tree, he stood there and waited for that familiar figure to appear.

Just then, that familiar figure appeared, and Yuto have secretly followed him.

They stopped at a nearby café, and he hid in, making sure that the party didn’t know he was there. “Sora,” Yamada voiced out, and the figure have inched down slightly to hear the conversation. “Sora, I… You...”

“Yamada-chan, actually, I’ve something to tell you,” Sora said, as she diverted her eyes left and right. “You know, I’ve.. I’ve found someone that actually.. like me, and… the best part is, he could spend more time with me,”

Yamada chuckled, and looked up at Sora. “I see,”

“I’m sorry Yamada-chan,” Sora said, before she apologized and hurriedly stand up. Just then, the girl has lost her balance and almost trip, when Nakajima have hurriedly held onto her. Tears were visible, and she just muttered something that Nakajima swear he would not be able to tell it to Yamada himself.

“There’s no such person existing, Yamada-chan. Why didn’t you keep me?” Sora has pushed Nakajima away and ran out of the café.

Taking off his hat, Nakajima went over to where Yamada was sitting, and dragged him out of the café.

“What do you want, Nakajima?” Yamada screamed out when he realized that Nakajima have brought him to somewhere he don’t know. “Ryousuke, I know that your… mother have done something to you. But that doesn’t mean you could treat all the girls in the world like this!”

Yamada faced the wall, and realized it was a mirror. “Look at yourself! Look at how pathetic you are! Where is the Yamada Ryousuke I’ve known back then?!”

...the person I am back before?....

“Ryousuke! Open your eyes! Look in front of you. You’re the only one that could seek happiness for yourself!”

Yamada plunged to the floor before he shrieked. “Yuto… What should I do!? I… I don’t know what should I do anymore. I’m… I’m so scared of facing it, I’m so scared that… I’ll be all alone once again,”

Nakajima squatted down before hugging Yamada into his embrace once again. “I told you before right, I’m here no matter what happened,”
