Ashita No Egao- Chapter Four

Author's Note: This is requested fanfiction from august_gee. somehow, this series gets my brainjuice moving around :) The teacher turned around, and saw the two new faces that were brought in by the principal. “Do take care of them, they’re important students,” the principal said, before he turned and left them under the care of the teacher. “My lesson with the class is starting, follow me,” she said. The two new faces nodded their head and followed the teacher in front of them. Once she entered the class, she clapped her hands, and everybody has turned to face her. “Class, let me introduce two new students. Come in girls!” Keito by then have settled down in his chair, and started to giggle with his friend beside him. The two figures entered, and Keito turned. “My name is Takamane Riko, nice to meet you,” the girl said in a soft voice. “Hoshino Aisane, nice to meet you!” the other girl greeted. Keito slammed his table, which caused the two girls to jerk up. Riko looked over, and saw that person getting up from his table, and storming out of the classroom. “KEITO!” Everybody in the class stared at the new girl, and looked over to Keito’s desk, before the teacher has assigned the two new girls the seats. *** “What? Keito did that?” Yuto heard the news about Keito storming out of his classroom from Ryutaro and couldn’t believe his ears. Ryutaro thought back of that time when he saw Keito at the park. He continued telling Yuto on it, and this made Yuto confirmed something. “Something must have happened when he was overseas…” Yamada looked at Yuto, before putting a piece of carrot into his mouth. “But… Okamoto didn’t say anything about… girls? And he said he was like… what? Interested in me?” Yuto smirked, before turning to Yamada. “Are you perhaps, jealous?” “Jealous?! Of what?” “Hmm… Keito said he likes you, and on the other hand, he seems to have something going on with the girls. So you felt betrayed?” Yuto playfully teased, before turning away from Yamada’s vision. Fuming, Yamada got up. “FINE! Think whatever you want. Yuto is an idiot!” Yuto turned, but then, Yamada was gone. “Jeez. Such a sensitive person,” “Yuto, you’re too much,” Ryutaro said him. Yuto ruffled his hair, before he sighed. “I know I know. I was just teasing. But somehow, Keito’s words ran through my mind, and I got kind of pissed off, so I lost my cool,” Ryutaro smiled. He got up, and pulled Yuto along. “Chase him!” Yuto patted onto Ryutaro’s shoulders. “Thanks Morimoto!” before he turned and chased after Yamada. *** Yamada ran along the path, and got to one corner of the school. He stopped for a breadth, before he continued walking down, not knowing where is he heading. His phone have been vibrating inside his pockets for quiet a while, but he don’t feel like picking it up. “KEITO! WAIT!” Yamada stopped in his tracks. He peeped, and realizes he saw a girl with Keito. “Why did you come?” Keito asked, coldly. The girl lowered her head, before she lifted it up again slightly. “I’ve come. I’ve come to find you, Keito,” “It’s too late,” The girl made no response, and Keito have gone towards her, and stare into her eyes. “You have no idea how terrible I felt when you wasn’t here. Not even a call from you. What’s with you? Because you learn I have that stupid illness, and so you chose to let me die here alone?” The girl has gripped onto the skirt tightly. Yamada’s hands were trembling for no reason. Keito have gone towards the girl’s hair and pulled her hair tie out, letting her hair flow down. “You don’t know what is it like. You chose your future over everything else. That was the answer you gave me after I came over here for nearly a month. Ri-chan, you’re the one who deserve this treatment from me,” Keito punched the wall that was just beside the girl’s face. “Don’t say you came here for me. You came here merely to make yourself feel better,” Keito then scowled and walked off, leaving the girl there. Few minutes later, the girl kneeled to the floor, and started to cry out loud. Yamada tightened his fist, before he turned and run away to find for Yuto. Yuto needs to know this. *** The girl has looked around the campus and was fascinated by the surrounding. She accidentally bumped into a person, and hurriedly bowed her head down. “It’s okay,” the gentle voice spoke. The girl faced up and saw that it was a boy. “New student?” the boy asked. The girl nodded her head, before the boy smiled. “Let’s go, I’ll bring you around,” he turned, before he realized he have not introduced himself. “I’m Morimoto Ryutaro,” “Hoshino Aisane, nice to meet you,” the girl replied. “Let’s go,” Ryutaro said, before Aisane followed after him. They arrived at a green field, and Ryutaro have lead Aisane to settle down. “The sky here is so much better than where I came from,” Aisane sounded, before taking a deep breadth. Ryutaro continued looking at the sky with no reaction. “I hope Ri-chan and Keito-chan will work out,” she suddenly said. The word ‘Keito’ caught Ryutaro’s attention, and he immediately turned. “Keito?” “Oh, he’s my friend back in my country. But he came over to this school to study,” Aisane sounded. “Eh… what kind of person is he?” Ryutaro replied, trying to learn more information from this girl. “He’s… cold and mysterious. But somehow, Ri-chan was able to get close with him. Soon, they’ve become a couple in our school. That was about one month ago. Until… until Keito-chan suddenly withdraw from school and return back to his own country,” Aisane suddenly stopped, before she looked at Ryutaro. “Ah! I’m sorry. This must be bothersome to you since it doesn’t relate to you,” “I….” Ryutaro stopped, before he stands up. “Okamoto-san isn’t that bad of a person. I’m sure there is a reason!” Without saying further, Ryutaro have stood up and ran away. *** “Yama-chan!” Yuto called out. Yamada hurriedly walked towards him and told Yuto on whatever he just saw. They both started to discuss on what should they do with Keito, before they heard a voice calling out. “KEITO! WAIT! PLEASE!” Yuto and Yamada turned, and they saw Keito taking big steps towards their direction. Right behind him, was the girl Yamada saw him with. “Yuto, that’s the girl,” Keito then stood in front of Yamada, and looked into his eyes. Yuto stood at the side, wanting to protect Yamada, when Keito have just pushed Yuto to the ground. “Yuto! Okamoto, what the he----” before Yamada could finish his sentence, Keito have used his hand to coevr Yamada’s mouth, before he turned, and glared at the girl that was not far away from him. “I’ve come to like this boy over here. Don’t bother me anymore, RI-CHAN!” At the other side, Ryutaro was running towards the direction that he saw Keito escaping. Behind Ryutaro, was Aisane, who chased after him to ask a clearer picture of what he meant previously. “Keito!” Riko sounded. “Don't lie!” Keito sighed, before he stared at her again. “You don’t believe me? Fine, I’ll prove to you,” Keito released his hand, and before Yamada could do anything, Keito have smashed their lips together for a kiss. Yamada tried resisting, but Keito have just forced his tongue into Yamada’s mouth. Yamada couldn’t breathe. All his mind was thinking of was Yuto. Tears stared to fall from his eyes, as Yamada’s body started trembling. In a rage, Yuto got up, and break the two of them apart. His fist then landed on Keito’s face. “What the fuck are you doing?!” Yuto screamed. “Even if you’re my cousin, I won’t forgive you!” Using the front of his hand, Keito have wiped away the blood that was formed at the tip of his mouth. He then smirked, and turned his vision towards Riko. “Now you know that I’m really in love with him. Stop bothering and scram back to where you belong!” Keito shouted. A slap was send across his face the next moment. Everybody stared at the other figure that appeared in front of Keito. “Ri-chan really likes you! Why didn’t you stay with her all the way?!” Aisane screamed, tears rolling down her cheeks. “Aisane, ask this girl over here before you start to scold me. Ri is the one who choose her future over me. She was the one who decided that I can’t stay beside her!” Keito retorted back. Keito started panting loudly, before Ryutaro decided to bring Keito away from the scene. “Ri-chan? What is it?” Aisane asked. Riko have plunged to the floor. “I’ve lost,” Riko mumbled, her petite figure trembling as Aisane went over to hug her. Yuto regained his composure, and turned to look at Yamada. “I’m sorry. I’m sorry, Yuto,” Yamada whispered, his tears still staining his face.
