“Riko! Here here!” A voice called out. Turning around, Riko finally found Yuto and Yamada right at the tree. “Mou! It’s your entire fault for changing the place all of the sudden,” Riko complained, scratching her head. “Where’s Chii?” Riko asked, looking around.

“He just called and said he’ll be late. He said he’s going to beat us up later,” Yuto teased, as he looked at Yamada, who was pouting away. Yamada looked at Yuto, and directly after that, was a smack on his head. “This is your punishment for changing the place of the meeting venue so suddenly,” Riko said, crossing her arms right in front of her chest, and turning her vision away from Yamada.

Yamada started to cling onto Yuto’s arms, and rested his head against Yuto’s shoulders. “Yu~” Yamada muttered softly. Yuto shake his head, and pulled Yamada into his chest. Riko turned away, knowing that she’s disturbing the lovebirds’ precious time.

Upon seeing Riko turning away, Yuto hurriedly pulled Yamada towards the tree. “What’s wrong, Yama-chan?” Yuto muttered, as he patted Yamada’s head. Because of the crowd, Yamada have hugged Yuto openly, and nobody were glancing at them- they were too busy with their own schedule. “What’s wrong, Yama-chan?”

“I miss you, I don’t want the weekdays, it always seemed so boring without you in my class,” Yamada grumbled, his head under Yuto’s chest. Yuto giggled slightly, before patting Yamada’s head again. “We still get to see each other in work right?”

“But still, I’ll miss you!”

“How about, staying together?” Yuto suggested. This idea have make Yamada’s heart skipped, and he immediately drew back, and shouted, “CAN WE!?”

“SHH! You’re too loud!” Yuto hurriedly calmed Yamada down. Yuto turned, and realized Riko gave him an irritated look, before turning back towards the pedestrians, looking out for Chinen.

“I don’t mind, if it’s Yama-chan,” Yuto smiled, as he gently touched the surface of Yamada’s cheeks. Yamada blushed upon the comment and flunked his hands around the neck of Yuto. “Yu! Thank you!” Yuto just mumbled, “I love you,” softly into Yamada’s ears.

“Chii! Here!” Riko shouted, when he spotted a boy in hats, and walking hastily towards their direction. The boy lifted up his hat, and saw Riko. Giving a smile, he hurried his pace towards them. Then, he saw the pair behind the tree, snuggling closely together. “They’re doing it again,” Chinen said, smiling. “Yea, don’t mind them,” Riko added on.

“Yuto! Yamada! We’re leaving!” Chinen called out, before Riko hurriedly pulled him away. Yuto and Yamada both have turned towards the source of the voice, and blushed. Yuto then gave a peck onto Yamada’s forehead, before they started to follow Riko and Chinen.

That day, it was particularly bright. Coming back to that place, it brought back memories. “Riko, why are we here?” Chinen asked, when he saw that familiar building in front of him. Yuto and Yamada saw a trace of sadness in Chinen’s eyes.

Riko looked at Chinen, before she turned and bowed down. “Sorry, Chii! I forget to tell you, actually.. remember third year, our class form teacher? He said that he needed our help in something, so I decided to ..” Riko looked up, and glanced down. “I’m sorry,”

“It’s okay, Riko, I’m fine already,” Chinen replied, patting Riko’s shoulders. “Let’s go!” Yamada screamed, trying to bring up the mood.  Four of them walked into the school entrance, the familiar shoes racks, the familiar passageway, the familiar classroom.

“I’m sorry for troubling you at that time,” a voice was heard. Four of them then slowly walked towards the voice. It was in the staff-room, and they were just coincidentally going there to find their teacher as well. Somehow, the voice sounds really familiar to the four of them.

“Yu, who’s that talking to sensei?” Yamada whispered. Yuto placed his index finger onto his lips, as a mean to ask Yamada to quiet down. Sneakily, the four of them reached the door, and slowly open it.
“Thank you, I’ll be fine,” the voice sounded again. “Please do excuse me,”

Footsteps could be heard clearly, and the four of them hurriedly hide behind the wall. For why they are hiding, they didn’t know either. The sounds of the high-heels shoes could be heard clearly. Coming out, was a girl around the same age of them. She was blessed with long black hair, and a petitie figure. She was wearing a hat, and sunglasses, with a blue floral dress. It was unable to recognize her since she was wearing the hat and sunglasses. Walking away, the four of them then got out of the wall.

“Who was that?” Yuto asked, as he stared at the figure walking away. Riko just shrugged her shoulders. “Let’s go and meet teacher,”

“AH! Four of you are back. How’s life?” the teacher asked, smiling at every one of them. The four of them giggled slightly, as a thought suddenly flashed through their mind. ‘How old Is teacher anyway?’

“Oh, by the way, didn’t you guys caught Sugihara-san?” the teacher asked, as he flipped through the documents on his table.

“Sugihara?” Chinen repeated his mouth slightly open. “Yea, Sugihara. The one who left suddenly, remember? She was here awhile ago, I thought you guys would be able to caught her, since you all came in right after she went out,”

Four of them stared at each other. The first one who ran out was Chinen, followed by Riko, and then Yuto and Yamada. Running along the passageway, Chinen tried to find that person he saw before. Was she really Sugihara? Is she back? Why did she leave at that time without saying anything? Why is she back now?
How many years have it been since she left? Right, three years. The four of them are already in their third year in university already.

Chinen run and run and run, he didn’t care where his legs would bring him to, but all he knew is, he needs to run. He needs to find her. He runs towards the rooftop- to that place when they first got together. He got a feeling she might be there.

The wind was as strong as that day. He slowly walked over, panting hard and fast. Then, he saw that figure from before- the one that exited from the staff room.

“A…Ai-chan?” Chinen mumbled.

Holding onto her hat tightly, and preventing the wind from blowing her hat away, the girl turned around. She was indeed Aiko. Sugihara Aiko.

The next sentence that came out from her mouth, made Chinen’s heart stopped pumping.

“Do.. Do I know you?”
